Appearance: Stubby is stocky in built, the kind of figure that results from years of hard pumpkin juice guzzling and the indifference to Quidditch. His brown hair is arranged in a bowl-shaped haircut because his mother believes that looking neat stops one from being a ruffian. He has brown eyes and wears glasses.
He looks and acts nothing like Sirius Black.
History: Stubby comes from a nontraditional household ruled by women. His mother, Felicia Boardman, got knocked up by a nameless muggle sailor while traveling to Indonesia. Stubby grew up with his mother, his mother's lesbian life partner, Constance (effectively giving him two mothers), and a whole bevvy of aunts and grandmothers away from the city.
Stubby has never been bothered by the lack of any male role model in his life. He has been taught to be respectful, eloquent, and sensitive. At a very young age, Stubby had been an accidental witness to an Aunt giving birth, and he understood that a woman's ability to squeeze out a writhing, shrieking watermelon-sized larvae out of a hole that could barely fit a grapefruit is reason enough to be in awe of them.
The nickname 'Stubby' was given to him by Constance because he was a fat toddler. He was never able to grow out of it.
Personality: Stubby is quiet and curious. Being around adults most of his life did not equip him with the skills required to relate with most people his age. He is socially awkward, and a little strange around women. He does not understand the charm of Quidditch because his mother taught him that sports were symbolic of men's need to show off their testosterone.
Not particularly excelling in academics, Stubby prefers to observe things. His brain lives somewhere between Luna Lovegood's and Sybil Trelawney's. Sometimes, he writes poetry and hums to it.
Stubby does not smoke, drink, or do drugs. He is a virgin, a matter which he believes is irrelevant. He does not care for politics or for people's bloodlines.
